SCOTT EVANS

Scott Evans is the author of the books First Folio, Tragic Flaws, and the upcoming Sylvia’s Secrets, literary murder mysteries that follow the misadventures of a resourceful but somewhat naïve college instructor named Joseph Lawrence Conrad. Scott is the editor of local Davis journal The Blue Moon Literary & Art Review, which publishes fiction and poetry of all genres. He teaches fiction writing and criminology courses at the University of the Pacific in Central California, and teaches legal writing for the King Hall Law School’s Outreach Program at UC Davis.  He has published numerous stories, poems, and newspaper articles, and was the recipient of the National Endowment for the Humanities Lectureship in Southern Literature in Louisiana in 1985. GILL CREEL

Gill Creel is an English instructor at Minneapolis Community and Technical College in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Of all the things one could choose to become obsessed with, he chose the intersection of two-year college teaching and technology.  The economic realities of two-year colleges and their students provide a number of challenges in the arena of instructional technology, but they also allow room for exciting possibilities in responding to these challenges. Gill’s latest explorations include hijacking both Wikipedia and World of Warcraft for use as teaching platforms.  He is the author of several articles, including “Reflections on Play, Pedagogy, and World of Warcraft” (with Landon Pirius).

KEITH LOWELL JENSEN

Keith Lowell Jensen is a local Sacramento comedian, as well as the Atheist on “The Coexist Comedy Tour.” His film “Why Lie, I Need A Drink,” a documentary on the myth of the affluent panhandler, is upcoming, as is the “The Atheist Survival Guide; A humorous guide to getting by in a God fearing world.”
